Richard is a seasoned professional with a strong affinity for numbers, initially drawn to Graham Brown & Co by his innate interest in accounting and client management. Over the course of three decades, he has risen through the ranks, culminating in his appointment as Practice Manager and later CEO in 2018. Richard thrives in settings marked by teamwork and empathy, values he actively fosters within the firm.

Beyond the office, Richard finds fulfilment in his roles as a devoted husband, father to four grown children, and doting Opa. An avid traveller and mountain biking enthusiast, he enjoys the time spent with family and friends in a relaxed social environment or navigating trails throughout NZ with his biking companions.
