Kimberley Cocker
Accounting & Client Management
BMS
With a background as diverse as her role, Kimberley brings a practical, people-first approach to accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (majoring in Human Resources), and has completed Directorship and Governance training. Before joining Graham Brown & Co, Kimberley built her career in hospitality and retail — and still holds her compliance and manager license — giving her a strong understanding of grassroots operations, a deep understanding of the everyday pressures business owners face and her down-to-earth approach.
As Senior Accounting Manager, Kimberley provides valuable oversight to the Xero team while championing smarter systems and streamlined processes. Always focused on improvement, she is driven to deliver efficient, effective outcomes that reduce costs and create genuine value for clients.
Well known for her community-minded spirit, Kimberley is actively involved in multiple local and Waikato-wide organizations, particularly within the rugby community. When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find Kimberley planning her next trip, volunteering, testing her knowledge at quizzes, cooking for loved ones, having a gin or enjoying quality time with family and friends.
