Questionnaires – What you need to know

Year End Questionnaires for March balance date clients will be sent out next week, so please keep an eye on your inbox. For those with a May balance date, expect to receive yours towards the end of May.

Much like last year, our questionnaires are circulated via email in the first instance and can be easily completed on your computer, phone, or tablet so there’s no need to print them. To avoid delays in processing of your accounts, please remember to sign and return the authority page.

We welcome you to take pictures of the required documents using your phone and forward them to us. However, bear in mind that emailing lots of documents may encounter resolution problems. In such instances, we recommend using a scanner app like “Scanner for Me.” This app operates via your phone’s camera, converting documents into smaller PDFs for easier emailing. We can also receive documents via cloud storage apps such as Google Drive, Drop Box or One Drive.

Furthermore, in many cases we don’t require hard copies of every invoice, particularly for clients utilising online programs such as XERO, MYOB, or Farm Focus. While we appreciate thoroughness, it’s often more effective for you to locate and send only the requested documents outlined in our questionnaires.
