MYOB have integrated artificial intelligence (AI) into their software and you may have noticed that there have been a few changes. The main update to note is Category suggestions. The AI software is designed to learn from how you’ve previously matched a transaction to a category to suggest a matching category the next time a similar transaction comes in. This saves you from searching for a category to match it to. We have found that sometimes the suggestions are not correct, but MYOB have assured us that if we keep using this feature the AI will learn what the correct coding suggestion should be. We recommend that if you keep using this feature to make sure the coding suggestion is correct before accepting. To find out more about the release click here.
