Are you using Farm Focus? Did you know you can streamline your record-keeping by uploading your 2024/25 annual records directly to the Farm Focus Vault where we can access them directly?
You can upload documents in almost any electronic format, and even take photos of paper-based documents with your mobile phone for easy upload.
The Vault Document Storage feature is located in your Farm Focus file, between Reports & Settings. We suggest you ‘Add a new’ folder called EOFY2025 and upload all your records into here that we need such as bank statements at balance date, dividend statements, May milk supply statement, insurance premium breakdowns, invoices for assets (if you haven’t already matched these to the bank transaction in Focus) etc. Please find attached a copy of our annual questionnaires which provide a checklist of the documents we need, you can even fill these in and upload them, along with the annual authority that will be emailed separately.
