Level 3: An update on what this means for our team and our service to you.
Our team will continue to work remotely with a small essential crew set up at both offices. Our priority at this time is still to ‘stay safe’, and to protect our team and you, our clients and the community.
We continue to operate under strict Covid protocol and will readdress the situation in-line with Government announcements. However, this means for now:
- Meetings – no face to face meetings, we continue to offer phone or zoom appointments or if you prefer to meet in person, please let us know and we will book you in when we can at a future date.
- Transfer of Records – contactless drop off or collection of records will be permitted during office hours, please contact our team on 07 885 1022 to schedule this. All visits will be traced and incoming and outgoing records will undergo full sanitisation. You will be required to wear a face mask and hand sanitise. If you are unwell, or think you have been exposed to Covid-19, please stay at home and call our team to make alternative arrangements.
