Following the announcement by the Prime Minister that there is a case of community transmission in South Auckland, and that Auckland is moving to Level 3, with rest of country Level 2 – we have reinstated physical distancing and health and safety measures between our offices and across our team.
These will be in place until midnight Friday 14th August – but this may be extended depending on the advice received from the Government over the coming days.
While we hoped it wouldn’t happen, our team is well prepared – we have great off site systems in place to ensure we can continue to be fully operational during these uncertain times.
Level 2 – what this means for our service to you
Restricted access to our offices
- A large number of our team will be back working offsite until further notice
- Please only visit us in person if you have an appointment so that we can minimise the traffic to our offices and easily trace any contact
- Our government QR Code is on display when entering our offices
- If you have records to collect or drop in please phone ahead
- We are more than happy to phone or zoom at any time
Physical distancing & cleaning
- We have reinstated the barriers, to ensure we maintain safe physical distancing
- Records can be dropped downstairs in Putaruru or the foyer in Tokoroa, though please phone ahead
- Increased sanitisation, hygiene and cleaning remains in place throughout the office, on entry, in meeting rooms and other high touch areas
- Physical distancing signage and posters are back up – these will advise you as you enter of all requirements
