MyIR Account Logins

We are aware that some clients have had issues setting up personal myIR account logins for online access. In some cases, IRD do not have date of birth information on file for individuals which causes a validation error and you will not be able to complete the setup. If this is the issue, you need to phone IRD to get your login sorted and you will also need to supply IRD with proof of your date of birth.
